L.I.F.T. - FAQs:
- What can I expect at each bootcamp class?
LIFT bootcamp classes are meant to be a judgement-free, confidence-building community. We are all women trying to be healthy in life, so come ready to have fun and meet new friends! All classes will focus on strength exercises, cardio intervals and flexibility; a total-body workout each day!
- What if I haven't been exercising regularly or don't feel confident that I will be able to do all the exercises in the workouts?
No worries! All the LIFT workouts and exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels and abilities. While it is a group class, we aim to make sure each participant feels the workout is appropriate for her body and provide personal attention during each class.
- What do I need wear and bring to class?
Come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes so you are ready to move. Be sure to bring along a water bottle, and possibly a towel, in case you get a little sweaty. All equipment will be provided by StudioFIT, so just show up with a positive mindset, and we'll take care of the rest!
- Where are you located?

- What happens if there is inclement weather?
If the weather is severe rain, thunderstorms or icy/snow, then a decision about class will be made by 8am that morning. Please look for updates on our Facebook page, as well as email and text message blasts from StudioFIT by 8am.
